Mission
Exodus Ministries breaks the chain of generational crime by reuniting ex-offenders with their children in a loving and structured residential environment and providing the necessary time, resources, and support for them to become productive, life-balanced citizens.
 
Services
Exodus aims to decrease the number of ex-offenders who become homeless and unemployed, eventually committing new crimes and returning to prison, to assist ex-offenders in obtaining employment and managing their finances so they can re-establish a positive self-sufficient lifestyle, and to reunite ex-offenders with their families and teach them the life-skills necessary for daily living through counseling and training services.

Specifically, Exodus offers these services:

• Housing Services: Fully furnished single family apartments and all basic living needs at no cost.
• Childcare Services: Pre-school day-care, after-school tutoring, and summer camps.
• Employment and Educational Services: Job readiness, job search, job placement, GED and Literacy training.
• Personal Counseling: Bible studies, mentoring, one-on-one meetings, life management, and parenting skills.
• Financial Management Training: Family budgeting, financial planning, and banking techniques.

Volunteer Opportunities

Long Term

• Teach (Bible studies, life skills, computers, budgeting)
• Assist with office duties
• Tutor children in their school work
• Provide professional and trade services 

Short Term

• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Assist with building repairs
• Coordinate a party or cookout with residents
