Volunteer Opportunities
HPUMC assists the Visiting Nurse Association by volunteering through Meals on Wheels which provides the delivery of hot lunches to the homebound elderly. 5,000 meals are prepared daily by the Meals on Wheels kitchen and transported to drop off sites for volunteers to deliver. HPUMC volunteers work in pairs to deliver meals.  Each team delivers once a month.  Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and deliveries are made between 10:30am and 12:00pm. Volunteers needed to pick up and deliver meals – 1.5 hrs/month
