Allison Aars

Allison was born and raised in Dallas, TX- and in Highland Park United Methodist Church. She has one sister and a Mom and Dad whom she loves more than anything. She graduated from Highland Park High School, and followed with a degree in Film and Televison from Southern Methodist University, also studying film in London, England. From there she headed west to Los Angeles, where she worked for The Jim Henson Company (yes, the Muppets) and for CBS on such shows as CSI: Miami. While she loved her time in LA, she has always been a Texas girl at heart- so she returned to the Texas heat to be closer to family, friends and Keller's Burgers. After moving home she met her husband Michael, and was smitten. They were married in 2005. Shortly after, she was blessed with the opportunity to join the Cornerstone team. Allison enjoys working in photography every chance she gets, entertaining, designing, writing, and chasing her dog, Hershey, around the coffee table.

What's one of the most important lessons you've learned in life? To stop and smell the roses, even though I am still working on it every day...
